How project-request information is handled.
Last updated July 2026.
Information collected
The estimate form may collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, project description, timeline, budget range, contact preference, referral source, and optional project photos.
How the information is used
Information is used to review your project, contact you, evaluate service-area and scheduling fit, prepare an estimate or consultation, maintain project records, prevent abuse, and improve the customer-request process.
Storage and access
Submissions are stored through restricted business systems. Customer-uploaded photos are kept separate from the public project gallery and are not published automatically. Access is limited to ALLCRAFT and service providers needed to operate the website and related business systems.
Security and anti-abuse data
The website uses short-lived, first-party security cookies and limited technical request information to prevent duplicate submissions, reduce spam, maintain administrator sign-in, and confirm successful form completion. These controls are not used for advertising.
Sharing
Personal information is not sold. It may be shared with providers that host the website, store submissions, deliver notifications, protect the site from abuse, or support ALLCRAFT business operations. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.
Retention and requests
Project-request information may be retained for business, recordkeeping, and follow-up purposes. You may contact ALLCRAFT to request correction or deletion, subject to legal and legitimate business-record requirements.
Contact
Questions or requests concerning submitted information can be made by calling (859) 868-8146 or emailing McMillan.Chris@gmx.us.
